Not that much stands in your way from the idea to success. We choose the recruitment strategy and methods, taking your expectations and preferences into consideration. When interviewing candidates, we do not follow the standard interview questionnaires, but rather simulate situations and seek to reveal the true talents and abilities of the candidate. Having found the most suitable candidate, we help him to integrate into the team in a coherent way, by preparing and implementing an adaptation plan during the probationary period of the employee.
